MANUFACTURING
The unit undertakes manufacturing of two-piece and three-piece welded LPG Cylinders and three-piece
refrigerant gas Cylinders and disposable Cylinders. It also reconditions otherwise unfit to use
LPG Cylinders. And has in-house facilities to manufacture attachments such as Top or Valve
Protecting Rings and Bottom or Foot Rings.
All the raw material, brought out component and consumables are inspected and verified by the incoming
inspection control as per the inspection plan of QA/QC, after assuring the physical and chemical
properties of the steel, compatibility of the components and consumables, they are issued to the
production.

After Cylinder manufacturing process its send through many testing process.
We undertaken many tests for Safety.

Hydrostatic Test
After the Manufacturing process the ,
Cylinders are 100% subjected to hydrostatic leak test
applying specified test pressure and holding the
same on a semi automatic hydro test bench tailor
made for the purpose. The inspectors are carried out
by QC inspectors and the results are recorded.
Pneumatic Leak Test
After the cylinders are fitted with valves
they are Pneumatically pressurized to the specified
level and subjected to a Pneumatic leak test by
immersing each cylinder in a water jacket. The
inspection is carried out by QC inspectors.
Mechanical Test
After completion of the stress relieving one cylinder is randomly selected from a batch of
< 250 cylinders serially numbered. Test pieces are cut from the selected cylinder and subjected to
bend test, tensile test on the parent metal and the weld metal as per the requirements of the standards.
The tests are carried out by the Q.C personnel and are witnessed by the independent third party.
Burst Test
After completion of stress relieving, one
cylinder is randomly selected from a batch consists of
of <500 cylinders serially numbered and subjected to
burst test as per the requirements of standard.
The test is carried out by the Q.C personnel and is
witnessed by the independent third party.
The ministry of industry and commerce, Directorate General for specification and Measurements,
Physical laboratory, occasionally inspects the process of cylinder manufacturing. The ministry provides
all the necessary support towards improving the standards, quality of the product and help us in keeping
the plant up to date in development and quality standards.
Marketing
Marketing of Empty LPG cylinders in the Sultanate of Oman is Mainly through Gas filling Plants
and are handled by our sales team.
Exports
We are strategically located to cater to the needs of the entire Arabian Gulf, Middle East
and Africa. We export our cylinders to African and Middle east regularly.
